Imagine a little boy, Jensen Stuart, nervously walking into school each day, knowing that he will be bullied. His grandparents wanted to do something special for him–something to take his mind off of the pain. So they surprised him one day with a puppy waiting in a box by the door.

The boy’s whole world changes when he opens the box to see a pair of big, brown eyes staring back at him. “I am Jensen, your best friend now,” he says to the pup in an introduction. When asked what he wants to name the dog, the boy exclaims “Buddy the Elf!” ❤️
