Today I’m sharing some happy photos from my Elite nose work trial at the HERO Training Center the end of November. It is a a regional state-of-the-art immersive training center for police, fire, and emergency medical services (EMS) and is a really fun place to search. We thank Caprise Adams for all the amazing photos as always. They are well worth waiting for! We paid for them and they are for our personal use. As always, I’m more than ready to get the party started. Come on, Mom!
This search had five hides and I found them all but do to the hide location, one of them was not photographed. The first one is a threshold hide on this machine thing.
I narrowed down the location and made my find pretty clear.
Now I can focus on my snacks for a few minutes. My tongue is on it!
Mom really needs to get faster with the snacks. I work hard and a guy like me gets impatient.
On to the next hide. This area was Mom’s favorite as it was an apartment setting all made out of vinyl furniture and appliances. The hide we don’t have photos of was in this little apartment on a door hinge. I’m on the scent on the couch. Note the vinyl stove behind me. Mom loved that.
Yes, I found it, now call it so we can move to snack time!
The snack monster is once again happy with ears flying. Now if only the snacks would fly to me. Mom says all the flying ear photos are her favorite happy photos.
I made my way around the perimeter of the very large room and caught a whiff on this wheely stand.
What a simple hiding place inside the steel tube. I’ve got this one, no problem.
Are you noticing a trend? Find hide, put tongue out, stand on back paws for snacks.
One reason Mom likes still photos is she picks up on these hints I give. When we are actually in a trial, she doesn’t mentally notice them but now she knows what to look for. In videos you have to really watch slow mo to notice it as easily.
Mom and I remember the fifth hide was difficult for me to find but I did find it with some time to spare. It was on this dolly.
Wait, maybe it is up here a bit higher. I am very careful and I don’t want to knock the thing over. Not all dogs are that way.
One more of the happy photos of me on my back paws so very excited for my snacks! The other photos we received are from my container search, but they are not as fun, so we decided to only share this one search. Hope the photos make you happy too.
My GBGV Life is happy, so we’re joining Comedy Plus for Happy Tuesday!
