Happy Tuesday In A Trolley

My Elite Trial at the National Capital Trolley Museum kind of got overlooked. Today is my chance to tell you how my trial went. The trolley behind me is like the one Olivia searched but a different one. That area was my last search of the day and it is the video I’m posting for you too.

Mom and I had a really fun day and I was perfect in three of my four searches. I searched a trolley garage, the office in the museum, the area behind me and the maintenance building with trolleys in it. Unfortunately, the maintenance building didn’t work out well for Team Lime Green. We didn’t know how many hides there were but we guessed at least five and we only found three. Mom says the blame is on both of us. There was one inaccessible hide under a large wagon which was also about the same height as the one on the garage door that was creating a big converging odor puzzle. I worked so hard to solve that puzzle that I used up most of my time there. Mom always says I’m only three and one of the younger dogs at this level which makes some things harder for me. I work honestly and hard and most of all we have a lot of fun. No regrets but it was a bummer to miss three of the six hides that were there to be found.

My final search of the day was the platform search. We had three minutes and an unknown number of hides. It was also a no go back search which means I needed to search the trolley and the platform but once we boarded the trolley and then left it, we were not allowed to go back on it. Scary for the humans, not such a problem for us dogs. Of course I wanted to get on the trolley and Mom followed me. It was fun to search in there despite being a bit crowded. I said I was done and wanted to leave and we did. I found what was to be found on the platform and Mom finally called finished. I missed third place by a half second. It’s alright as we had a Grand time and even the judge loved me and gave me a pronounced for that search. Hope you enjoy my short video.
