I was buffaloed in Buffalo, Minnesota over the weekend. It was bad enough I had to go to Nelson’s detective trials all weekend but then Mom noticed these buffaloes right off the highway on the way to the trial. Lucky me, I got to pose with them. This was the best of the four we found, nice and colorful, pretty, and in good shape.
We saw real buffaloes on our trips to Wyoming and to Montana back in 2022. They were quite big but Mom told us they are not really friendly so we didn’t get to pose with them. I remember they are super big, much bigger than the ones we found in Buffalo, Minnesota.
Of course, Mom had to do some research on these pretend buffaloes. We found out there are twenty six of them scattered around the town all sponsored by different businesses. Thankfully it was ninety degrees out and Mom didn’t think it was good for me to keep getting out of the car to pose in the heat. We stopped only at the ones we noticed along the road on our way home. This one is pretty ugly but it is still a buffalo, thus a photo.
It’s funny because once we realized there were these buffaloes we started to see them all along the road. We have driven this road about ten times in the past seven months and never noticed one until now. Can you tell Mom has a snack for me? This is the real estate buffalo.
