My GBGV Life Let The May Season Of Fun Begin!Let the May season of fun begin! I’m super excited because Mom says I’m a very reliable guy. My nose work is good enough that we can travel for the first time for me! We are not going far, and Madison and Olivia will be doing some sports too. It will be good to get back on the road. All of us miss traveling.

My GBGV Life four hounds in the carSince it’s close to my Gotcha Day, I thought I would share a few fun facts about me and travel. Of course, my first road trip was coming to Minnesota, but that was my old life. Not long after I got to Minnesota, Mom packed up all four of us. We drove to FastCAT just over an hour from our house. It is probably the only time all four of us will ever travel for sports together. It was short lived since Madison got injured right away, but still we have this memory.

My GBGV Life covered bridgeMy first travel photo stop was on the way home from that weekend. Madison was not along that day because of her being injured. I did pretty well considering I knew nothing about modeling at the time. It is the last covered bridge in Minnesota.

My GBGV Life cheese curd capitalThis weekend we are headed to Wisconsin. Wisconsin is the first state I visited after moving to Minnesota. The same three of us went to a Scent Work trial an hour or so from home. The city is known for cheese curds, so we took this photo. This weekend we are going all the way across the state, almost to Illinois. Our season of fun is just beginning and we have some fun things planned.

Now for some nature. On my walk this week, I finally found some blooms. This tree is really pretty. I wonder if things will be more in bloom where we are headed?

The tulips are coming along and getting ready to open up now.

Lastly, I found this interesting fungus. Mom doesn’t like mushrooms but she thinks the way they are growing is interesting. I have to agree.

If you are wondering what we will be up to for our three day weekend, stop by our Facebook Page or come back next week when we post about it. Now we have to get going as it is several hours to our destination! Happy Friday!

We’re joining our friends at Living Laughing and Barking in Our Backyard for their Nature Friday blog hop.
