We got some snow, like an inch, but then we blinked and it was gone as fast as it came. Still, we had some yard time before breakfast outside racing around. We hoped to get out again but the fence fighting visiting dog was at the neighbor’s house so Mom wouldn’t let us out again.
Because it was only about seven am, it was not very light out which means getting photos of us in motion that were not blurred was tough. Mom managed to get some but they are not as good as she usually gets when the sun is fully up. Nelson was still sniffing me up constantly since I was at the spa the day before. Little did he know he was up next.
My furs are looking good. The curls are gone, freckles are back, and I look like a different hound, I think.
Is that a rabbit Nelson is chasing? No, it is me, Olivia, with my light, flying, rabbit ears!
Nelson has a big head. If you ever meet him in person, you will notice that. Here I tried to put his head in my mouth, but there is no way it will fit.
We always enjoy some good wrestling and in the snow, it is just as fun. Mom says we are always wrestle ready!
Of course, the most fun is chasing each other around at full speed. After our little, fun workout in the snow, we both had a big appetite for breakfast. Hopefully we will get some snow again next week and maybe we can be out when it isn’t still so dark. Fresh air is fun and healthy.
We are joining our friends at Living Laughing and Barking in Our Backyard is for their Nature Friday blog hop.
