I had some tough decisions to make when selecting my “treats” for my upcoming birthday party. For my first birthday I was the first one in our family to go to the then, brand new, Three Dog Bakery. Now it is a tradition for all of us each year before our birthdays.
They have so many things in this little shop. Clothes, collars, bandanas, hats, food, treats, and bakery items. The smell is amazing! It takes a nose a few minutes to sort our all the tasty aromas. I know I am not supposed to steal things, so I stood on my back paws to get a better whiff of the snack bar set up.
All the chews and things look and smell amazing. I had to drag Mom over there so I could check them out up close.
They have two of these refrigerated cases fool of yums. This one has more cookie type items, and the other one has cakes and things like that. I also need to choose three small treats to take home for my siblings and I to eat because I was at the bakery. So many tough decisions, I will need a nap soon.
Finally after some discussion, Mom and I decided on what to serve at my party and the owner of the bakery helped us figure it out. I’m super excited and I know we will all love what I have chosen for my sixth birthday party. We sure are lucky to have a great bakery near where we live!
