Within Solvang Village, there are four windmills. The most famous one for tourists and photographers is the windmill on Alisal Road. There’s also a windmill on Mission Drive at Solvang Brewing Company.

In 1911, Danish educators founded Solvang: J.M. Gregeren, Reverend Benedict Nordentoft, and Professor P.P. Hornsyld. Their statues are located at 1660 Copenhagen Drive.
c) Giant Wooden Dutch Clog
The giant wooded Dutch clog is owned and located outside the Solvang Shoe Store at 1663 Copenhagen Drive.

One way to explore and learn more about Solvang is by taking the Solvang Trolley—a 25-minute tour of historic downtown Solvang on a large motorized trolley. b) Solvang Moke Experience
Another fun and eco-friendly way to explore Solvang, CA is via an electric Moke vehicle located at 1604 Copenhagen Drive.

Surprisingly, First and Oak, a Michelin-starred restaurant, is located at 409 1st St, Solvang, CA. The elegantly plated meals were delicious, and the cozy patio provided a comfortable spot for our dog while we dined.
