Wyatt Insists on Turning Back

A Calf in Trouble

Up on a small hill, Wyatt saw the mother cow. Just below, down in a shallow creek, he spotted a baby calf stuck in the mud and unable to climb out. Without wasting a second, Wyatt made his way into the creek. He gently worked with the calf, giving it encouragement and support, and using his own strength, helped it up the side of the bank. Soon enough, the calf was safe and back with its mother—thanks to the bravery and kindness of a determined young boy.
