The story begins in a picturesque country village at sunset, where Rex the Orange Cat—a muscular, sunglass-wearing bully driving a menacing, customized glowing pumpkin vehicle—recklessly slams into the bicycle of the law-abiding Cow.
After the crash, the injured Cow is seen in a hospital, consumed by the desire for revenge. He recruits Sam the Dog (a humanoid Golden Retriever scientist and tech specialist) to help him settle the score.
The two break out of the hospital and deploy their custom getaway vehicle: the Melon-Mobile, a high-speed scooter-bike designed with a vibrant, sliced watermelon theme. Sam drives while the Cow, still injured, rides pillion.
Their mission leads them to a high-end resort where Rex is celebrating, reveling in his own arrogance on a crowded dance floor. Rex performs a flashy Salsa-fusion dance, soaking up cheers from the partygoers.
The Cow and Sam arrive, the sound of their screeching Melon-Mobile tires instantly killing the party music. With the Cow pointing the way, Sam the Dog throws the glowing fluorescent green “BLOO” chemical he concocted earlier in a makeshift lab.
The chemical instantly plunges the party into darkness and smoke. When the green vapor clears, Rex is found shockingly miniaturized—shrunken to the size of a kitten, sobbing and humiliated amidst his enormous, crumpled clothing.
Justice served, the Cow and Sam the Dog walk away toward the Melon-Mobile, leaving the defeated, tiny Rex alone in the residual green glow of his ruin.
