Every Shelter Dog Gets a Hamburger, but the Best Treat Comes Later

A hamburger probably isn’t what most shelter dogs expect to see coming toward their kennels. But one generous donation turned an ordinary day at Conway Animal Services into a celebration filled with wagging tails, happy faces, and some very enthusiastic taste testing. Every shelter dog received a hamburger, and staff captured their reactions on video. Some carefully investigated their unexpected snack, while others needed considerably less convincing that Burger Day was an excellent new shelter tradition.
