They looked closely at the animal as if they wanted to help her, but of course, they couldn’t. Thankfully, a bird watcher named Ian Ellis saw the scene through his telescope. He knew that the “dog” was, in fact, a baby seal! YouTube Ian quickly called Skegness Nature Reserve, requesting their help. The rescuers raced over and pulled the seal pup out. The baby was only five days old! They took the pup back to the Seal Hospital, where she was placed on antibiotics and a healthy diet.
