Walking into an animal shelter can bring a complicated mix of hope and heartache. Every kennel holds a dog waiting for someone to notice them, and for some potential adopters, choosing just one can feel almost impossible. They may connect with several hopeful faces, knowing that taking one dog home means leaving the others behind. One shelter found a heartwarming way to ease that difficult decision by turning the traditional adoption process around.
