Woman Sees a Dog Who Needs Help, and One TikTok Changes Both Their Lives

A French Bulldog seen weak and alone on a Miami balcony is now getting a chance at the life he should have had all along. What began as a heartbreaking sight outside the ParkLine Condos quickly became a community effort to get the dog to safety. Neighbor Rosalicia Bernal saw the severely underweight pup surrounded by waste and knew she could not simply look away. She recorded what she was seeing and pleaded for help, setting in motion a rescue that would eventually bring police, animal control, and concerned residents together. But behind those numbers was a dog in desperate need of care, and Bernal said witnessing his condition left her heartbroken and confused.
