Marshall was dressed in his bow tie, his belongings were packed, and the people who loved him were preparing themselves for one of the happiest goodbyes a shelter can experience. After spending so much time waiting for the right person, the special-needs dog was finally set to leave Save A Dog Scheme and begin life in his new home. Everything seemed ready. His final weekend had been filled with familiar faces, favorite walks, affection, and preparations for the exciting chapter ahead. The team at Save A Dog Scheme came away hopeful that someone had finally seen beyond his disability and recognized the gorgeous, goofy, deeply lovable dog they had grown to adore.
