Marshall was dressed in his bow tie, his belongings were packed, and the people who loved him were preparing themselves for one of the happiest goodbyes a shelter can experience. After spending so much time waiting for the right person, the special-needs dog was finally set to leave Save A Dog Scheme and begin life in his new home. Everything seemed ready.
