Signs Of Fall Coming Friday

We have some signs of fall coming around here. It is still in the nineties and humid but leaves are falling. Maybe our trees are stressed, but whatever the reason, it is looking like fall.I love being out in my yard, especially if someone plays with me but I can amuse myself too, if needed.Have you ever eaten leaves? I really enjoy crunching on them. Mom is always taking them away, and I go find more. It seems to be a never ending battle.This is the bush/shrub I love to hide in and pop out if a sibling happens to walk by. It is big and bushy, ideal for hiding.The shots above show what happens when I secretly pop out from the bush and slowly, quietly creep up to Nelson. He doesn’t find my game to be all that fun.I enjoy laying in the shaded grass, rolling around, scratching my back on the leaves that are out there.Eating grass is a favorite thing of mine. Mom doesn’t like it but I am always pulling up grass and munching on it. My siblings do it too. Roughage is good for the system I have heard.Oh dear, somehow I seem to have misplaced one of my ears.
