Happy National Dog Day 2024! #NationalDogDay is a day to recognize all dogs, mixed, purebred, those with homes and those who are homeless. Every dog deserves to live a happy, safe, and abuse free life. We love to play, and we play many roles in the lives of humans from playmates to teammates in sports, to working dogs, and guard dogs. Dogs help people stay physically and mentally healthy. All we ask for in return is to have a home and love.
Thankfully, we have dog day every day at our house. We hounds keep mom company, happy, exercise with her, do our sports together, and we love to travel with her. Not all dogs are as fortunate. If you need a companion, how about a dog? Mom’s first dog was a rescue dog, and she was wonderful, then she started with Katie, her first purebred, but somehow, her heart got hooked on us GBGV’s. Give your dog an extra hug and lots of snacks today to celebrate.
